Kelley does a great job of gradually increasing the workload and difficulty of coursework. It teaches students to be comfortable with an uncomfortable amount of work. As a senior, I am amazed at how much I have learned and matured in the past four years.

The career services offered at the Kelley School of Business are unparalleled. I have had more opportunities than anyone I know in finding internships or looking for full-time positions. I have gotten two internships already through the networking and career events that IU offers.

There are some programs and classes of the honors program in which women are such a small minority that it is almost uncomfortable.

Being from out of state, I could not have picked a better business school for my education. Each accounting class caters to preparing me for the financial world and passing each section of the CPA. So does the technology. During my audit internship I was favored above all interns based on my abilities to create databases, macros, risk models, etc.

Too many upper level professors still utilize multiple choice-based exams. More case studies (one per week or bi-weekly) would develop skills in a more positive way.

The integrative core, or I-core, is a grueling but immensely worthwhile mandatory program. Taken in junior year, the case competition at the end pushes group work and cross-functional teams to the limits. The faculty does well in integrating the various aspects of marketing, operations, finance, and strategy.
