You are taught mainly by graduate students. I expect to be taught by superior professors with experience in the business world, not grad students with little knowledge of what they are teaching.

The Terry College of Business makes a large effort to keep its business students informed of upcoming on-campus recruiting and interviewing. There is also a great online service called DawgTrak that lets UGA students search for internships, externships, and jobs, which is extremely helpful.

The one thing I’ve found to be the most spectacular about the business program is its faculty. I felt as though professors were always there for us if we had any questions and were very interested in seeing us succeed.

The Institute for Leadership Advancement is what sold me on enrolling in the Terry College. My experience with ILA and the Scholars program has made me a better person, in addition to preparing me for a career in the business realm. The entire staff of the ILA office and the Marketing Department is incredibly supportive.

Too many topics taught in business classes overlap with each other; I often find myself listening to the same lectures in multiple classes.

The professors are very knowledgeable and have lots of experience. This makes classroom time very valuable as they share their experiences and stories from the field.
