There is something to be said for the ease in which undergraduates can enroll in select MBA/NBA classes.

One of the best aspects of the program is its flexibility. Cornell realizes that there are many different aspects of business, and that many students can acquire the necessary skills to be successful in different ways. The program does a remarkable job of allowing students to not only select from a wide array of courses, but also to personalize and tailor the educational experience to suit each individual's particular interests.

The university-wide facilities are outstanding, but the actual undergraduate business building (Warren Hall) is extremely dilapidated and in serious need of physical and technological renovation.

Since the program contains many students, the classes are very large and I regret not having a more personalized learning experience. It is difficult to learn subjects (such as accounting) in a large lecture. It is also difficult to get to know professors when you are constantly in classes with 300-plus people.

The program not only arms us with the proper balance of theoretical and practical tools to succeed in real life, but provides a fantastic support system through the career services office to get great offers after college. Cornell's business program has a tremendous alumni network and connections with the biggest financial institutions worldwide.

Cornell has turned me from a somewhat passive individual into a fierce competitor. Cornell recruits competitors and it forces the students to match every one else's intensity. The Cornell graduates will make a noticeable mark in the work force as bright, swift, and competitive businesspeople.
