The career centers offered an external program called "eRecruiting," which was very helpful in finding job opportunities. However the business school's career resources were poor and require that you pay for them to help you find internships, etc.

I am a manager in the Student Managed Fund, and this is the opportunity of a lifetime. I have learned so much from my advisors and classmates on how to manage a good portfolio.

I transferred to UConn after spending three semesters at the Wharton School [at the University of Pennsylvania]. The students at Wharton disgusted me by their arrogant and competitive behavior. UConn offered a balance of strong academics and a friendly student body.

The accounting program at UConn is phenomenal. I already have an internship at a big-four firm, and I am only a junior. Also, my active involvement with Delta Sigma Pi has further prepared me for the buisness world.

I attended mostly regional campuses through what is called the Tri-Campus program at UCONN. This is a fantastic program for focused learning in business studies, as the class sizes are very small (usually around 15 students), and mostly at night to allow students to work during the day.

The business school at UConn has exceeded my expectations. I am proud to be a part of it.
