The lack of minority faculty and students takes away from the learning environment. Further, I think working with a diverse group of individuals yields a variety of benefits that Case students do not receive.

The university does not aggressively invite business companies for campus recruitment.

Our professors come from highly diverse backgrounds and industries. Most tend to be very interested in teaching and encourage students to talk to them outside of classes.

You really have to do things for yourself. You really have to be prone to self-discovery because everyone is too busy doing research to help you.

There was quite a difference in how accounting classes were taught versus other management classes. Not that either way was inferior. Accounting classes tended to be harder and have tougher grading. Other management classes were focused on soft skills, and the professors took more advantage of technology.
