Bentley is undoubtedly one of the nationwide leaders in integrating business and technology. It has a trading room, which provides students with the opportunity to simulate real market conditions. The trading room is integrated into most business classes.

The career fair every semester attracts many employers who seek students for job and internship opportunities. Some businesses recruit solely from Bentley because of the quality of the education and the students who attend. The school receives heavy recruiting from Boston-area companies but there are also opportunities to find jobs elsewhere in the U.S.

Career services and recruiting are amazing for any student majoring in accounting or finance. However, for any other major, a student is pretty much on his own. The college is known for its accounting and finance programs, which is why these two areas are given much attention. Other students have to rely on their connections with the professors and outside of campus to get an internship or a job after graduation.

Bentley puts up a facade when parents and prospective students are on campus. Student concerns are rarely, if ever addressed and are normally faced with a cold shoulder.

Bentley is strictly a business school, and it makes no mystery about its near-disdain for liberal arts courses, taking them for granted. Its primary focus is on finance and accounting.
