The emphasis they put on your after college plans and goals. Most schools focus on your time in college and then once you graduate many people don't know what to do. USD does a really great job at preparing you for whatever your next steps are whether it is grad school, careers, travel, etc.

USD application requirements include a completed application, an application fee, official high school and/or college transcripts, a letter of recommendation and an essay. TOEFL is required of students whose native language is not English. As of January 2014, an official TOEFL iBT score of 80 or IELTS score of 6.5 is required. In order for TOEFL scores to be valid, they should not be older than two years. Foreign transcripts must be translated in English.
