The Daniels College of Business, located in the vibrant city of Denver, Colorado is dedicated to developing ethical leaders with global perspectives who are engaged in social responsibility and concerned about environmental impact. We offer 12 different majors and 10 minors. The size of the college allows for a focus on personal education with interactive, experiential learning opportunities using live cases and consulting projects and innovative co-curricular programming. The focus is on the whole-student development, blending a strong liberal arts background with solid business technical skills and critical thinking.
Our business program is unique due to three different factors: the curriculum, the small class size, and the professors. The curriculum allows for each student to gain a wide breadth of business knowledge. The small class size allows for students to better interact with each other, to participate in class, and to have an interactive learning environment. The professors bring both practical and theoretical knowledge to each class. Many of the professors have worked extensively within their area of expertise or are still working in their industry area. This allows professors to take concepts taught in class and apply them to real world examples. The professors also work to create a class environment that encourages participation and interactive learning. Finally, the professors are very willing to meet with students at different times outside of class.
