Perhaps Anderson’s most unique aspect is the international coursework opportunities. I took courses with universities in Hong Kong, Barcelona, Germany, and Paris. At these institutions we met faculty staff, industry leaders, leading economists, and researchers, and got a firsthand glimpse into international businesses and economies. These trips make for lifetime experiences as we traveled, lived, dined, and studied as one – students and faculty members all together. We did several assignments, research papers, and presentations leading up to these trips. The trips were intense, with lots of learning and fun compressed into one week (each trip). Then there were follow-up assignments and exams based on our learning. It was all very enriching and memorable!
