Sanchez, Jr. School of Business (ARSSB) at Texas A&M International University, located in Laredo, Texas, strives to provide high-quality professional and internationalized education to undergraduate, masters-level, and doctoral students. Serving the Texas border region, the state of Texas, national, and international communities, our primary objectives focus on the creation of a learning experience that increases the knowledge, skills, and professional ethics of a new generation of future business leaders who will function in a diverse, global competitive environment. "International" is in both our University name and our DNA. Laredo is the busiest inland port in the United States, forty percent of all the inland trade between the U.S. and Mexico passes through Laredo. Our business programs are oriented toward not only the domestic aspects of business, but also the international aspects. Many of our faculty members have teaching and research interests related to globalization. Consistent with the mission, we offer Undergraduate Business Degrees that allow students to take courses in Accounting, Management Information Systems, International Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, and Business Law. Our Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offers specializations in International Business (taught in English and Spanish and available online), International Banking and Finance, and Management, while having specialized graduate programs in Professional Accountancy and Information Systems. Our Ph.D. degree of International Business Administration offers three tracks: Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems.
