Being at the heart of Silicon Valley and much closer than other part-time programs in the area guaranteed enough high-caliber engineers in the class, and lots of managers sitting as students in class discussions. This is not a program dominated by fresh grads flashing their Ivy League bachelors with little experience to support it.

Technology Improvements
  • The videoconferencing capabilities in the conference rooms allow scholarship to be presented not only to Leavey School peers, but other faculty on remote campuses around the world. Each classroom is equipped with state-of-the-art videoconferencing equipment as well as a multi-platform system to record faculty lectures for later review by students. Advanced course management tool adopted by the university in fall 2013.
