The College of Business and Public Administration at Old Dominion University offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with nine majors: Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems and Technology, International Business, Management, Maritime and Supply Chain Management, and Marketing. The College introduced the Maritime and Supply Chain Management major in fall 2006. There is also a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. At the Master’s level, the College offers a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Public Administration (accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration), and Master of Science degrees in Accounting, Computer Science – Information Sciences (offered jointly with Computer Science department in the College of Sciences), and a Master of Arts in Economics. The College also offers doctor of philosophy degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration and Urban Policy. The four tracks offered in the doctor of philosophy in business administration are Finance, Information Technology, Management, and Marketing. All of the students in this program minor in International Business. In Fall 2012, the College debuted its state-of-the-art Trading Room with 24 Bloomberg terminals. Used in cross-disciplinary studies, this environment allows users to monitor and analyze real-time financial market data movements, news, price quotes, supply chains, and more.
