-I would recommend my MBA program for the following reasons: Great instructors, faculty is always available and easy to get reach, friendly and comforting classmates, challenging and rewarding courses, affordable tuition, class times are very flexible and work well with full time employee schedules, great resources available throughout the University, beautiful campus with state of the art library and student union and many more things.
-Improve on classroom facilities and have more campus guest speakers for students to attend.
-I really enjoyed the in class lectures and discussions. I feel that I was able to get more out of the program than I would have on an on-line program. All classes were offered in the evening, and that worked well with my 40-hour workweek.
-More understanding of personal obligations. Sometimes professors had strict attendance policies where most part time students have to put work as their first priority.
-The MBA program at UNR was perfect timing. I was able to apply my work experience to classroom discussion. The professors and administration have a "Yes we can" approach and understand we are working full time while enrolled in the program. The Dean of the MBA program is very proactive in assisting the students and keeping us on track to succeed.
-I would like to see improvements in recruiting and job placement for graduating students as well as expanding the available courses in leadership and entrepreneurship.
-The UNR's MBA program was a completely transformational experience for me that exceeded my expectations. I felt that I grew and matured immensely as a person over the last two years and developed meaningful relationships with my peers and Professors. The greatest motivator for recommending this school to others is its quality of education and the best value for your money. I have also taken classes from other Business Schools, and UNR's MBA program mostly exceeded the quality of education as compared to those other Schools. UNR's MBA program is designed in such a way that it gives you the ability to focus on your areas of interest and to work on your knowledge gaps.
-I would like to see more summer classes and/or one or two more weekend classes - both would have helped me finish the program sooner and taken some of the burden off of the regular semesters.
-AS someone with a liberal arts undergraduate degree, the MBA was instrumental in my further development and understanding of the business environment
-I feel very fortunate to have been able to complete the program when I did. I know the college will be experiencing tragic budget cuts and the school has already lost some great professors. I am glad I was able to take classes from some great professors.
-The Part-Time MBA program at UNR provides high quality faculty and flexibility in class schedules that working professionals need in order to advance their careers.
-The MBA program at UNR is an exceptional value. You receive an amazing education for a much lower cost than other schools. The part-time schedule is also ideal for working professionals and those with family obligations. The only downside is the current state budget cuts, which threaten to lessen the program offerings.
