      • -I enjoyed the challenge of being in a top business school surrounded by smart, motivated people. I also appreciated the flexibility of the classes, which allowed me to balance, work, family, and school.

-I feel that I got a very well rounded education. I am a more aware employee and manager compared to before I had my degree, but I also feel like my ego is still in check and that the degree didn't go to my head.

-A few of the required courses should have been optional. Although you can test out of a couple of the required courses the process is far from streamlined. Because part time students are not required to do an internship, the MAP (Multidisciplinary Action Project) should be required and it should be offered in all semesters. It's currently optional and only offered to evening students in the fall term.

-Although I was already in a business function, the Ross MBA really gave me a holistic view of the business world. It enhanced my leadership and analytical skills. I was able to instantly apply my learning to real business problems, which had a great impact on my career as I was going through the program. Career Switcher or not, this program adds so much value because of the caliber of professors and students. Ross also has a very strong alumni network which I tapped in to often that helped me plan my future career / employer. This is an amazing program, I learned a lot and had a blast!

-I wish Part-Time MBA students were given same access to career services like full time students for internship recruiting. We are not allowed to drop resume or bid for interview slots for internship roles. I wish this was different, specially now that most students are self financed and willing to leave their employer for internship opportunities.

-I have been very impressed by the quality of the faculty and the ability of the school to translate the full time curriculum into a part time format. This is just like doing a full time MBA, except with a practical on the job component.

-I would appreciate if more of an effort was made to ensure that all classes offered during the day were also offered at least once per year in the evening. There were several classes I would have liked the option of taking that were only offered during the day. More study rooms would be helpful. There are not enough study rooms available during the regular school year. During the summer the business school hours are not optimal. They building opens too late on Saturdays and is not open at all on Sunday. Sunday is a very important day for evening/part time students as it is often the best day to do group work. Evening students typically do not take spring/summer off from the program. It is very inconvenient to evening students to have the school closed on Sundays in the spring/summers.

-Attending Ross has been a life changing experience. The teaching has exceeded my expectations both in the ideas presented and quality of teaching. My fellow students have opened my mind to new ideas and new industries. It has greatly enhanced my career at my current employer -- I'm able to participate in more areas, and able to 'practice/implement' my new knowledge at my employer. The facilities are incredible! I have taken full advantage of being a student - joining many clubs, participating in social events, and case competitions. Also, alumni network is very strong and very helpful.

-I think the one thing that could be improved is to create more of a relationship with the daytime students so that we as a B-School community would look like a more cohesive unit.

-The level of classroom experience, professor knowledge/expertise, fellow classmate expertise and interest, and hands-on opportunities (through classroom projects and optional extra-curriculars) is exceptional. You cannot go wrong with a Ross MBA - whether you intend on staying at your current company or moving on somewhere else.

-Ross is a great experience. Definitely worth the money. My main issue coming out of the program was how to deal with class discussion. In some classes, where class participation is a large portion of the grade, it became very annoying and a waste of my time to listen to the same classmate talk again and again with no real point and only wanting participation. Some professors do a good job with this but it was a challenge in many classes. Ross needs to address this.

-Ross makes it about so much more than just business. They teach you how to be a genuinely superior leader. I've learned skills that have improved not only my understanding of the rules of business but also how to develop my peers and myself. It has affected life at work AND at home. I am a better, happier, smarter, quicker version of my former self.

-I expected class work that addressed the cutthroat managerial skills needed in today's business world. Instead I left with a deeper understanding of the social responsibility that comes with leadership in both my professional and personal life. It has forever changed the way I interact with everyone around me.

-The MBA programs at Ross provide students with an internally collaborative and externally competitive environment. If you're in the day, part-time or executive programs at Ross you're all the same -- you earn a Ross MBA. The programs are taught by the same faculty, everyone has the opportunity to participate in the same events and the networking and friends made at Ross are forever. It's a world-class program with amazing classmates!
