-I really cannot say enough great things about Babson. The students, the faculty, the campus, even the folks that work in the cafeteria are all wonderful! I am truly proud to call myself a graduate of their MBA program.
-I would have liked to be able to do more class work online. There are currently only a few classes offered that way. I would also have preferred to take more "intensive electives" (1.5 credit courses offered over a two week period). We are currently limited to four of them.
-Babson has a very demanding MBA program with a heavy workload, but you come out thoroughly prepared to function at a high level. It is well worth the effort you need to put into it. The faculty is stellar and the program is well designed to meet the needs of the modern business world. I would definitely recommend the program to others.
-Babson is really beginning to focus on social entrepreneurship, which I think will result in more ethical and empathetic business leaders in the future.
-The professors could be more accessible to part-time students.
-Babson graduates leave the program with the sense that they are different for a reason. We're out there to make a difference in the market place by finding opportunity that others will miss. It is our mission to apply our mind-set not only to our jobs but also to our society and provide solutions to both small and global problems.
-I'm an HR professional and I found the program lacked any real emphasis on the importance of this aspect of business. I would have liked to be able to concentrate in HR in my MBA.
-Excellent program, facilities, and particularly the international nature of the student body. Great emphasis on teamwork. Very proud to be part of the student body and respectful of the professors' knowledge and ability to communicate and be passionate about their classes.
-My responses may be a bit colored by the challenges I am facing in my job search. Ultimately, Babson provides a great deal of resources to all its students. They are simply better at providing them to the full-timer students.
-My experience at Babson was outstanding and one I will not soon forget. The teachers truly cared about my learning and always brought unique experiences to the table. The students were smart, friendly and unique. I loved that it wasn't a traditional MBA program in the sense that everyone was there just as a status symbol - which I felt was the case for other school's like Boston College. All of the students are truly passionate about learning, which made class environments very collaborative.
