Graduate Comments

Outstanding collegial atmosphere with quality students and faculty.--NA

UCLA Anderson is one of the few remaining bargains in the b-school world. Folks get a private school education for a public school price. Consulting

In terms of overall experience, Anderson more than met my expectations. While receiving a top-notch education, my experience outside of the classroom was extremely positive. Ninety percent of the process of the MBA takes place outside of the classroom. --Marketing

The size of the program allows individuals to succeed and stand out, while the quality of the student body truly embodies the (sometimes overused) Anderson mantra of "excellence without attitude," enhancing the educational and social aspects of my time at Anderson. Marketing

Anderson is the perfect combination of great people and great teaching and learning. I feel that anyone who attends will grow and be ready to tackle whatever career they want. The school is well connected to businesses in the area and provides ample opportunities to meet successful business leaders. --Entrepreneurship

The Anderson MBA taught me fundamentals I am currently using in my new job. There is no way I would be earning my current salary with abundant stock options unless I had enrolled and attended the Anderson School of Management. Finance

Profs were great, choice of classes was extensive, exchange program unique with vast choices of schools.--Operations

Several of my Anderson classmates were admitted to other top business schools, but chose to come to Anderson for the cameraderie inherent in the vast majority of the students. We refer to it as excellence without attitude.--Finance

Anderson provides a curriculum geared to entrepreneurship, which can serve anyone no matter what career path they pursue. The professors are second to none, the environment is extremely collegial and geared towards helping you leverage your skill set, etc. and so I don't know who wouldn't benefit from going to Anderson.--Finance

I definitely found the Anderson MBA to be a practical, hands-on degree. I have a tool set that I can now apply to my career. Given that I wanted to pursue a dual focus in both Entrepreneurship and Finance, Anderson is second to none in those two fields. --Entrepreneurship UCLA far exceeded my expectations. The faculty was top notch, the learning environment promoted a healthy balance of leadership and teamwork, and the return on investment was fantastic. Most importantly, though, the experience was unbeatable. Where else can you wear flip flops year round and take a surfing class between finance and operations?--Human Resources
