Haslam College of Business

About Haslam College of Business

The College of Business Administration consists of approximately 5,500 undergraduate and graduate students, 130 faculty and 125 staff members. When you become a Vol for Life, you’re tapping into a network that literally spans the globe. We are particularly thankful for the alumni, corporate partners and friends who support the college. These gifts make a significant impact on our students and faculty. Approximately 20 percent of the undergraduate degrees at UT and more than 15 percent of the graduate degrees are conferred by the college. In addition, more than 2,000 students benefit from instruction in the business school while pursuing other degrees across the university. The College of Business Administration has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business since 1941.

I learned so much from the faculty. They were able to not only relate their research that they are currently doing with class, but also their work experience as well. Most faculty members were willing to go far beyond what was required to ensure that the students were well equipped not only for class but for job interviews as well. It was not just our direct faculty members that helped us, all faculty did. There were members of the professional MBA program that made sure they were available to the full-time MBA students.
