RSM's focus on sustainability makes it a unique program. This is not sustainability with a focus on "greening practices" but a focus on building truly sustainable businesses - for shareholders, stakeholders and the future. This concept was woven into the majority of our classes and discussions whether it was Accounting or Business and Society Management. Additionally, many programs talk about diversity and consider a 2 week trip abroad to be "gaining international exposure". I chose to do the RSM MBA so that I could work with people from diverse cultures, in an international setting, with an international faculty. RSM doesn't just talk about diversity, it is the living embodiment of it.
