-I'm very happy with my investment of time and money in this program. Professors are happy to continue a mentoring relationship even after the program and my fellow students were top notch.
-There could be more focus on how to apply the program into your work roles.
-Some instructors were not at the same high caliber of most. Use only tenure-track faculty. Put greater emphasis on leadership and management techniques.
-For those students seeking new jobs, career services could have been stronger. For EMBA programs, this has traditionally not been a part of the program. However, now many students are putting themselves through school and this needs to have a stronger role.
-The staff at Texas was first rate. If I needed help with a logistical problem or had a question about how to navigate something within the university, the staff would take care of it right away.
-The day-to-day experience within the EMBA program was excellent. I would like to see the program continue to grow the connections with the greater McCombs community outside of the EMBA program.
-Career development could be improved. Most opportunities offered at school-sponsored events were for associate positions for typical 23- to 25-year-old MBA grads.

-I cannot find a single flaw with the administrative assistance. I am also extremely impressed with the effort of students in assisting each other not only through class but also through career transitions.
-The program could have improved by allowing more electives. I work in a bank. We did not discuss ALM, operational risk management, or other common bank business model issues. Additional electives would have been helpful.
-It was an excellent program, however in in the spirit of wanting more, [I would have liked] increased international exposure.
