      • -The program was a tremendous growth experience for me both professionally and personally. The business network alone that has resulted from this program will be invaluable to me for the rest of my life.

-The school helped with all the logistical matters, including parking, books, travel, meals and snacks. All students needed to do was show up and be prepared to learn.

-The classroom experience was great overall. An area for improvement would have been more consistent use of technology in the classroom, such as live blogs/chat/surveys, etc. Many classes used that functionality but not all of them did.

-Not only did I learn skills that will help me with my career, but also skills that I can use for nonprofit organizations that serve the community where I live. Also, I had time for self-reflection, and I learned a lot about myself.

-It was a fantastic experience. It was very difficult to do all the work, but it should be difficult. The faculty, classmates, and facility all made it an excellent learning experience as well as a personal growth experience.

-I liked the classroom experience a lot. It was the right mix of teaching and interactive learning.

-The Carlson School EMBA was excellent. The professors, staff, and my peers exceeded my expectations. The companies represented in class, the high level of education, and the corporate experience of my peers were all superb. I've spent time at HBS and Booth and have to say Carlson is without question a top school.

-Carlson is truly a hidden gem of a program. I've had the opportunity to look at many top-level programs, but in the end Carlson had everything I needed and wanted. It has truly set me up for success in my career.

-Having the experience to network and truly know my classmates in a city with a high number of Fortune 500 companies made the experience extremely rewarding. The collaborative work with my teammates and the shared anxieties with my classmates helped me form a lasting bond and appreciation for networking and true business acumen. It was grueling, challenging and rewarding.

-During the admissions process, a more realistic picture of the effort required to keep up with the class work should be presented. In addition, the program should not schedule so many activities during lunch. Most of these activities do not benefit the learning experience and take away time from discussing class work with group members.

-I was able to learn new functions that I previously had minimal knowledge about (such as finance) and came away being able to fully engage and participate with financial analysts and managers in my organization. I was also given the opportunity to participate in many activities that fostered my growth as a manager and as an individual, ranging from case competitions to coaching and mentoring.

-I think the EMBA program is not just a management program. It changes your outlook toward work and people. It clearly transforms you into a better manager and a better person. It is not just an academic management course. It is a life and game changer.
