The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is a premier institution for management education. Founded in 1908 and based just outside of Chicago, Kellogg is home to a renowned, research-based faculty and the best and brightest MBA students from around the world. -Leadership is stressed but I felt the curricula should more formally introduce a leadership practicum for students who wish to lead, have them be tested against practical situations and feedback and coaching provided. This would be invaluable particularly in mid-career positions for those who are truly interested in leadership. Some coursework such as statistics should be updated to more truly reflect the use of data in the business today.
