      • -I believe the IEESE Global EMBA is a fantastic program, very well organized and conducted. I enjoy the learning and the personal unique experience. I learned a lot from both professors and my mate. I always felt the school was here for whatever I needed, even after I finished. The GEMBA community and the IESE Alumni are fantastic.

-It is tough in an executive program as not all participants are looking to change companies but it would have been nice if the career services could have helped in providing more contacts to recruiters and headhunters or even invited corporate recruiters. This is difficult as it is a very specialized need as most participants are not looking to change careers. However I also graduated during the crisis and, as a result of career services, I still had a number of interviews whereas most people were not getting any.

-The program is of very high quality and I cannot find any area for a significant improvement. Now, since the IESE started a new campus in New York, the program could be completed with an intensive week in New York to expose students to the US businesses. However, the program, in the way it is now, it is excellent.

-It was the perfect program design with one residential week per month and three weeks of distance learning in between and therefore despite the huge workload an enjoyable period of learning and development.

-More on-campus recruiting support would have been very helpful under the current economic situation.

-They should be aware of not losing their core values as a result of the growth they're experiencing. I think sometimes, the quality was compromised as a result of having too many new teachers.

-I would have liked the opportunity to share experiences with alumni from previous years, to learn more about how they applied what learnt in the program to their real jobs. Students should get more feedback from teachers and staff about individual performance. The school needs to find ways to measure individual performance in team assigned.

-Maybe, two or three subjects were not at the level of the rest. But I think that you never got 100 percent of satisfaction with all the subjects. I would have focused more on finance.

-I think the IESE has extensive experience in EMBA. I think the program has exceeded my expectations by far. I really think they do a great job from a professional, personal and ethical point of view. It is an updated program with a perfect structure for a person who combines work and study.

-Twenty-two months was a long journey. A reduction to this length maybe a good idea, although I do not know if this will affect the return the students would get today, which I rate as outstanding.

-Overall, a fantastic program and I would not change the experience for the world. The post MBA sessions and alumni are also excellent.

-I’d like to see more experienced guest speakers who can relate to the topics discussed in the classroom. I would have liked to see more professors with practical experience outside of Latin America and Spain. There should be more international career services for EMBA, and more participants from outside of Europe and Spain.
