I would choose ESADE again because: its teaching method, they promote the relationship between the members of the community (students, teachers, companies) and help us to open to relate and to think about business world reality in a wide perspective which is multicultural, multinational and "multi-business". They have also help us to enhance our abilities and capabilities.
The day to day experience was great but maybe I'd have liked to change the teams (students teams to do some work) more often.
Too many people in each classroom (around 50).
Many classes were given by 2 teachers, making it very rich: we got to know the last trends in academic research on various business fields, as well as getting to get practical lessons from world-class professionals.
From my point of view ESADE doesn't take care us: our satisfaction, our expectation, They don't care for our feedback.
They should optimize complexity of the various topics during program (beginning was too easy, end quite tough, with impact on workload)
The official language is Spanish (English could be much better).
Strengths are great professional performance. Weaknesses are no English language speaking and students are too focused in their careers and actual positions.
I would choose the same business school because ESADE fulfill all my expectations, professional expectations and personal ones. The staff and faculty are excellent, and most of my classmates become friends and my networking improved.
I think that some classroom experience could be improved, although there are details without importance. Most important is that when classmates suggested any improvement to program manager or program director, they solve it efficiently.
Very complementary: many classes were given by 2 teachers, making it very rich: we got to know the last trends in academic research on various business fields, as well as getting to get practical lessons from world-class professionals.
I think ESADE has reached all my expectations about the program, I'm sure is one of the best EMBA that are in Spain, speaking with other friends enrolled in other Spanish EMBA's.
ESADE works a lot about TEAM building, coaching skills a part from the excellent academic content.
