-Baylor has a solid grip on ethics and an excellent academic program that stretches the students while providing a great deal of support. The Baylor name stands out as exceptional and evolving to meet changing conditions.
-As we approached graduation, I would have appreciated more contact with companies associated with the network to increase access to new employment opportunities.
-The Baylor EMBA was well organized and offered a diverse cohort with more-than-competent instructors. The involvement with business professionals added real-life scenarios to consider during discussions.
-I would like to see the EMBA program evolve into a more concrete commitment with the instructors. =While they were almost always available for calls and responded to e-mails quickly, there is sometimes something lost when not meeting face-to-face. I would have the instructors be available for physical office hours during the semester in which they teach, so that students can engage them in more face-to-face conversations.
-I am very satisfied with my overall experience and loved my fellow EMBA class members. They provided additional value, which made my overall experience so worthwhile. They were dedicated and talented and worked extremely hard to get it right. I would choose Baylor all over again.
-In some classes, the information was a bit dated and was not very current in areas, such as marketing, which failed to include social networking, etc.
-I would encourage the program to leverage the trip to D.C. toward business related visits, such as the State Department, Federal Reserve, and Commerce Department. Also, I would urge the program to seek alternative campus locations because the current one is not up to date like other campuses.
-There should be a better focus on today's digital marketing, and how companies can compete in the social media and mobile space.
-Having just graduated two weeks ago, I think it is a little early to judge whether the program was worth the money, time, and effort. The program was demanding, and I learned a great deal in subjects to which I would normally not be exposed. I hope it will allow me to take the next step in my career path. Once that happens, then I think I will be able to judge whether or not the program was worth it.
-While some of the faculty were incredibly dedicated and focused on current material, the program could be improved by more and more faculty incorporating current material.
-I would suggest a mentoring program that connects with the alumni in a meaningful way.
-The school did a good job in listening to our needs, but it took longer to implement some of our suggestions.
