A $113,000 capital improvement to the speech and hearing lab. Upgrades to Exchange 2010, Blackboard 7.1, moved student email to the cloud via Microsoft. Installed new digital signage system. Upgraded campus emergency notification system on Rave Wireless, co-managed 24 hour helpdesk, new service desk software (Parature).
