Technology Improvements
  • We have plans this year to upgrade our fiber backbone to 10 gigabits in response to the increased bandwidth demands of the faculty, staff and students. The Internet bandwidth is an aggregate of 200 Mbps and connectivity is redundant in both providers and physical location. Our network contains several firewalls for security, and the data center is fully self-contained with a generator-backed uninterrupted power source and temperature and fire suppressant systems. We also have a second co-location data
