Technology Improvements
  • We now use VMWARE technology virtual servers, saving energy and space. We are also centralizing WiFi servers to improve student connectivity. We have replaced some 70 computers to achieve an average age of 5 years. We have implemented the SIEBEL platform for CRM purposes to track our marketing and improve sales efficiency. We now use the Moodle platform for distance learning. We also now use GLPI software, and an OCSNG for equipment inventory, and Alfresco as our file repository. We have dedicated and independent servers for both the Moodle platform and Alfresco platform. Out virtual classrooms now use Adobe Connect.
