      • -SMU's PMBA program is solely responsible for changing my career opportunities. I had no idea how much more marketable I would be, or how many options I would have just for receiving an SMU MBA. I have already written three letters of recommendation for friends that will be applying to this program, and actively encourage anyone considering a graduate business degree to consider SMU.

-It would be nice to know further in advance what class offerings for upcoming semesters were going to be. Since the PMBA program is made up of students with careers, it would be easier to plan around your schedule if you found out what it was going to be earlier.

-The SMU part-time program is able to combine excellent education taught by quality professors with phenomenal networking opportunities in the business community.

-A small degree of online learning would allow more flexibility in certain areas of core knowledge. Several "intro to xyz" classes don't really need in class attendance if you've covered the material in undergrad or in a work setting. Intro to accounting is one such example.

-The education I received in addition to the quality relationships I have built at SMU helped me develop professionally and personally. The student body and faculty are top notch and would be an asset to any motivated individual.

-I believe they improve the facilities in the PMBA main building complex. I believe they are in the process of making much needed renovations to the bathrooms, library, etc.

-This was a world-class education in the heart of Dallas. If you live in Dallas you need to find an excuse not to attend rather than a reason to attend. No other institution compares to the Cox program in DFW.

-I would have liked more details about the course offerings. I ended up taking a few that were not worth my money because lack of true information about the course.

-I learned a lot and met some amazing professor. Besides just the classes SMU also made sure we had a sense of fellowship...we were assigned study groups that were based on our personalities (which they did a great job at), we had events outside of the classroom - both serious (networking type) and fun (happy hours, etc). The schedule of classes also worked really well with my work schedule. In addition, I highly recommend my friends enroll in a part-time program vs. full-time, I think I got so much more out of it and was able to directly apply things I was learning to work.

-Since Part Time MBA's don't get to participate in all of the Full Time activities, then tuition should be lower.

-SMU is a school with a reputation of academic excellence. I am grateful for the quality of education I have received, and the fact that I will be associated with the SMU name for the rest of my life will serve me well.

-Though the career management center provides great advice on how to get the job you want when you graduate, it would've been nice to have more companies actively recruiting on campus.

-Cox treats its students like true customers and goes above and beyond in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The quality of teachers, their rich industry experiences adds value beyond the degree in enriching the education of the students. The teachers and the school take a genuine interest in every student and providing the resources necessary for them to excel.

-It would be nice to have scholarship opportunities as a Part Time MBA Student.

-The Part-Time MBA program at SMU was exceptional. The structure of the program, as it relates to curriculum, allowed me to choose the primary courses necessary for my career advancement as well as leaving room for other areas of interest. Additionally, the networking opportunities were, in my opinion, second to none. During my program I built invaluable relationships that will assist me in my future endeavors. I have suggested the program to other candidates and they are now currently enrolled.
