      • -I wish I had more time to attend the evening activities or social gatherings, which was difficult to do during modules because of the heavy workload.

        -It has been an outstanding learning experience for me, in particular, coming from a professional background that differs greatly from the ones of my classmates.

        -The whole experience exceeded my expectations by far. However, certain events (with guest speakers) could have been organized in a way that took into account commuters' presence on campus and somehow made it easier for them to attend.

        -Career services on campus tends to cater to the full-time MBAs. We have different needs and different levels of experience, and hence need stronger career support and better coaches.

        -I would like to see better networking opportunities because the class has limited time on campus and better use of online resources, such as reading/learning materials.

        -I needed more guidance in building the curriculum, especially when it came to the choice of electives. It would be better to have suggested curricula depending on the career path one would like to pursuit. This would help us avoid choosing exams that are too specific or not in tune with one's aspirations.

        -As I mentioned earlier, the EMBA is a great experience, which taught me a lot about what I value and where my career should go. A great deal of people changed careers, despite not intending to and ultimately this will benefit them in terms of satisfaction in my mind. That and the network you build, to me, is the value of an EMBA.

        -I was amazed at how the cross-fertilization of ideas coming from participants was used in many courses to deliver main messages.

        -This was just a great experience!! I had brilliant international assignments. I loved my study group, and we learned a lot from working together. There were also great faculty, interesting practical assignments that allowed you to really test what you learned, and a great choice of electives.

        -I think about 20 percent of the class didn't bring much [to the discussions]. Tougher recruitment would help.

        -Because I was commuting to the school from outside London, it was difficult to engage fully in the extracurricular opportunities, which would have been some of the best opportunities to network across the programs.

        -The weight given to class participation tweaked the overall results and shaped student behaviors negatively toward speaking up for nothing.

        -The management report at the end of the program was challenging and very difficult to fit into the work schedule. A more flexible approach would have been helpful, but the school has reacted and made changes to this part of the program for the classes to come.

        -The school has been developing its own identity outside of the U.S. business schools by predominately focusing on the international nature of its program - classmates of different nationalities, working in multiple countries, speaking four to five languages, and the international focus of the elective content. As the program matures, I expect LBS to be in an extremely strong position in the future.

        -I became pregnant and had a baby while participating in the EMBA program, and the school was incredibly supportive and helped me make sure I completed the program.

        -Instead of having only career services, the school could also have some training/mentoring for entrepreneurs or family businesses.

        -My program at London Business School was extremely challenging to me as someone who had never formally taken business studies in a university. I enrolled in the MBA to fill some significant gaps in knowledge that I knew I had and that I knew would prevent me from achieving professional goals. I filled many of these gaps, and I feel significantly more confident in the business environment as a result. I still have work to do on the subjects that i found particularly challenging, such as finance, but I have a strong foundation from which to continue my learning. I am very pleased with the education I received and I know that I will look back at my time at London Business School as a turning point in my career development and professional life.
