      • -It was a very good program overall, but I miss the US campus experience and have the feeling we paid more and had less in the end. I would have preferred a full-time EMBA, like the Sloan program at MIT or Stanford

-I would have liked more time in order to have more opportunity to socialize. The program is very condensed and there are a lot of extra curricular activities organized. So time flies and it would be nice to spend time together to get to know more people of the program better.

-I enjoyed the cultural emersion provided by traveling to the various campuses in Europe, Asia (including sharing electives with participants from our sister Tsing Hua-INSEAD EMBA program) and Middle East. A presence in the US would have been the perfect round up. At present, only the full time MBAs have the opportunity to rotate to the US through the Wharton partnership.

-I have found both the academic curriculum and the faculty excellent. I have also particularly appreciated the Leadership Development part of the program. I think the program could be improved with more sharing with High Level Managers.

-This EMBA program has met all of my expectations. This was an extraordinary experience and having graduated from INSEAD the brand name is playing an important role in the positive feedback/attention I have from other business leaders

-Career services was not particularly geared to helping EMBAs in career transition. Some great information sessions were provided but more support on executive placement (as being provided for MBAs) could be beneficial to some of us. A large part of the ROI for an EMBA participant especially if they are self-sponsored is in the ability to secure a role in the next rung of the organization or to move to a larger role outside their existing company. For those of us outside Europe, I feel these services are not as well put together to benefit overseas graduates. Even though at the EMBA level, a lot of this movement is done through networking and our own industry contacts - no harm with more help in this area.

-The program was very good overall with super alumni connections. A more directed career services for those who are/were looking for a job would have made this an even better program.

-It could be tailored a bit more to the needs of the students, who are generally some ten years into their career. Soft skill teaching, such as "effectively presenting", could be added as optional courses.

-The professors could have perhaps cut back a little on the theory and encouraged more discussion - although I acknowledge that this may be difficult to do in relatively big classes

-I think it is a perfectly well-balanced program, especially since it is offered in modules and can be completed in 15 months. I was highly impressed by the level and diversity of classmates. This was of particular importance to myself as I work in different countries and appreciate the various perspectives.

-It is a top-notch program, but more lessons on personal branding, personal communication, presentation skills, negotiations, deal making, etc. would be great, but generally very happy and would take it again.

-There should be exemptions for modules that I already had proficiency/ mastery in. On modules which I had mastery in, I’d have liked to see more in-depth interactions with Professors. Also, better quality guest speakers and not invite those who are available.
