Significant changes since 1997

The school added an executive skills component to include "Negotiation and Conflict Management" taught as an experientially-based course over two full days. It moved the international residency to a two credit course, adding a student deliverable after the conclusion of the residency.

Carlson offers as a two credit course, delivered out of the country for 12 days; student work teams select industry topics, conduct research, and draft analytical papers. International site visits are designed around student themes, with comparative analysis presented upon return from the course.
