The school added a full course at the end of the program on "Managing & Leading the Dynamics of Change." The focus is on exploring concepts, methods and issues in leading and coping with large-scale organizational changes. Students write & discuss "live" case studies. All courses are routinely updated to keep material and teaching methods fresh and relevant.

Special trips or projects outside of country

A 10-12 day International Business Residency is held during the summer of each year. Typically, two primary locations are visited with important differences. Recent venues have included Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Ho Chi Minh City. The curriculum is a mix of workshops, seminars, and site visits. Students prepare for the trip with a focused study before they leave. Students continue to formally integrate the overseas experiences into their studies the following year during a course on cross-cultural negotiations and communications.
