Significant changes since 1997

The implementation of a cross-functional, modular curriculum design; functional content is delivered in three discrete modules supporting the theme of business as an integrated system.

An innovative International Capstone Project. Working in teams participants develop viable business plans that serve as the focus for the class' international trip.

Team-Learning Program enables participants to learn the theory and practice of working in teams in the service of their work in the EMBA Program.

Creation of "live-case" environment for participants to learn from the experiences of peers and add immediate value to organizational sponsors.

Mandatory

The school's final residence week in emerging global location provides a focus on strategic and operational aspects of conducting business abroad and competing in global industries. The context is for participant teams to gauge effectiveness of the "Capstone Project," a viable business plan for executing an international business opportunity in the designated location.
