Joint international program students join with stateside program students during 2nd residential week in Evanston, IL in the fall. Students join multi-cultural study groups and attend classes in negotiations and marketing strategy.
E-commerce course offered in the curriculum.
Global Initiatives in Management offered as an elective course. Prior to 1997 it was offered as a trip in the summer.

The school's elective course, Global Initiative in Management course, consists of a speaker series which introduces students to the business, governmental, political and social issues of a particular country or countries. Students are assigned projects and travel to a country for one week after the course concludes.

Programs for the spouses of Executive MBA candidates
|
|
|
Lunch, followed by two one and a half hour lectures and a reception. With the alternating weekend program, same lecture series but spouse stays for entire weekend. Tour in Chicago on Friday afternoon.
Special dinner is provided for student and spouses. Spouses are invited to attend concert at the University on Saturday night.
There is a reception after the first set of exams where the spouses are thanked for their commitment to the program.
