William & Mary EMBA is in the process of adding more elective courses which are in part selected by and tailored to the participants in the program. In addition, the International Trip is being integrated with an international business seminar held in the 5th semester.

Students participate in a series of seminars covering cultural differences, finance, trade opportunities and techniques, human resources, and economic and political issues. The class also conducts an array of visits and meetings with senior executives from local and multinational businesses, governments, ministries, and not-for-profit organizations.
