Description Participants learn through a computer-based simulation tool how the marketing, production, financial, and strategic functions work together.

Description Participants focus on their individual leadership styles and how they are perceived by others when they communicate. There is also extensive role playing and feedback is provided to each participant.

Distance courses offered or planned In 2000, Darla Moore will offer two courses via the internet--one on mergers and acquisitions and one on financial research. The school believes that Internet teaching is viable for lecture-based classes, however it is also experimenting with various tapes.
