Description
|
This course is tailored to participants who hold positions below the officer-level. The live cases, which each participant prepares in advance, often deal with different kinds of issues in the officer and general manager courses. Many clients report that their senior and middle-level managers are getting the same approach to leadership development, with common principles, language, and practices. Additionally, many clients arrange for shorter versions of this program in-house for their lower level managers to further align their leadership culture
