Ahlm oversees all aspects of the admissions process at Booth. Earlier in his career he worked as a recruiting manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned an MBA from Booth and a master's degree in higher education administration from Northwestern University.
Polo is concentrating in entrepreneurship and strategic management. Before entering business school she worked at Goldman Sachs (GS) as an associate in investment banking in the consumer retail group. She received her undergraduate degree from Yale, where she majored in economics and history.
