In a live chat on Thursday, Sept. 29 from noon to 1 p.m. (EDT), you'll be able to get the scoop from two insiders from The MBA Exchange: Dan Bauer, managing director, and Kimberly Raynor-Smith, senior admissions consultant. The MBA Exchange is a Chicago-based educational counseling firm that helps applicants get into top B-schools. Bauer and Raynor-Smith will take your questions and offer advice on everything from GMAT scores to interviews.

A Harvard Business School MBA alumnus, Bauer launched MBA Exchange in 1996 after having interviewed HBS applicants for three years. He has served as senior vice-president for global marketing and sales at MasterCard International and vice-president for national marketing at Citibank. Before arriving at The MBA Exchange in 2004, Raynor-Smith was an associate director of admissions at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has also worked as an MBA recruiter for Bain & Co. and Boston Consulting Group.
