A little while back, I posted about the amMBA, an MBA program offered by Adelphi University that allows students to attend classes early in the morning before they go to work. In the same vein, the University of Texas-San Antonio is launching what they call the “Noon MBA.” Simply put, it’s an MBA that you earn on your lunch hour. Evidently, it’s a 36 hour program that can be completed in two and a half years. I’m not sure about how this degree will be viewed in the corporate world, but at least the folks at UT-San Antonio are thinking outside of the (lunch) box.
