IESE Program: Jobs and Pre-Admission

Posted by: Phil Mintz on May 27, 2008

How about a B-school acceptance, and a job? Sounds like a good deal. IESE in Spain says that’s the allure of the Young Talent Program aimed at junior and senior year university students.

Students apply in their junior or senior year, and if they are chosen for pre-admission to IESE, they interview with participating companies. If the candidate is offered a contract with one of the companies, they are officially admitted into the YTP Program.

After two years working at the participating company, the student starts the one-year IESE fulltime MBA. Afterwards, participants return to their sponsoring company.

Among the employers participating are McKinsey & Co., Johnson and Johnson, The Boston Consulting Group, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Novartis, BBVA, Santander and CEMEX.
