MBA Application Essay: What's Been Your Tougest Challenge?

Reader R Malhotra asked: “What are the different/ best ways of addressing the essay topic: ‘what has been the toughest challenge you have ever faced’? Would be great if you can suggest ‘breadth of topics/ examples’ that can be covered under this, rather than the approach. One knows that its important to highlight why a certain situation was challenging and what one finally learned from it.”
