Grading System
UW has a different grading system for its MBA core (first year) and elective classes (second year). For the MBA core, each 16-unit core course is integrated and taught by a team of instructors. Each instructor grades his/her portion of the course and these individual module grades are compiled into one overall course grade for each quarter. Grades are based on a 4.0 scale. For electives each course is graded on a 0.0 to 4.0 scale.
