Grading System
The graduate programs in the Freeman School use a letter grade system with the following quality point equivalents: A = 4.00, A- = 3.67, B+ = 3.33, B = 3.00, B- = 2.67, C = 2.00, F = 0.00. The total quality points for each course are computed by multiplying the numerical value of the grade received by the course credit hours. Graduate credit is awarded for grades of C or better; however, grades of C must be offset with higher grades to meet the continuation and graduation requirements. Students must maintain an overall grade point average of 3.0 in all 700-level courses taken at the Freeman School to earn an MBA degree.
