Grading System
Grades are expressed on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5=Outstanding, 4=Very Good, 3=Fair, 2=Just sufficient, and 1=Insufficient. Each grade obtained in each single portion of the program is weighted according to the number of sessions. An overall program average is then calculated. Exams are graded on a pass/fail basis. Seminars are graded on a pass/fail basis and incorporated into the Director's grade. The Director's grade may also include an evaluation of each participant's performance and behavior as judged by the Faculty and Director. That is not included in course grades.
