IESE offers a general management MBA. The structure of the course, however, is such that during the first year, students study the fundamentals (i.e. core courses) and during the second year they have the opportunity to focus in one or several areas, such as General Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Marketing. Aside from the courses in the functional areas, some courses have been added to developing and improving students' skills.

Grading System
Students are evaluated based on their class participation, exams, presentations, reports and the corporate internship (together with the companies). They receive A, B or C. With more than 4 Cs out of 15 courses their peformance is reviewed by the MBA Committee, to take remedial actions.
