Technology changes made over the past three years:
In the past three years, 1300 computers have been replaced through the PC Replacement Program All of our computers have been updated to Windows XP. We use one single image for desktop and laptops and one single image for all lab machines and use an automatic imaging process to deploy the images. Windows Update Server is now in place to automatically update computers with Microsoft OS and Office patches. Running a BES server pilot program to wirelessly synch Blackberry devices and Groupwise.
