A consistent investment and review of service delivery processes, resources, and tools has been supported ($495k). Targeted investment in the Simon School Data Center and Student Computing Center has remained a priority ($240k). A substantial investment of capital has been directed toward the expansion and availability of network bandwidth, wireless access points, and security ($213k). Last year saw a preliminary investment of $75k in the pending implementation of a comprehensive ERP/CRM suite.
