CAREERS

The B-school offers EMBA students access to its career services office? n/a

The B-school allows its EMBA students to interview on campus with corporate recruiters targeting executives for full-time jobs? n/a
School policy:Only unsponsored Executive students have Career Management Services access, including access to our Director of Alumni Career Services, who works with corporations wanting MBAs and alumni with substantial managerial or executive experience.

ALUMNI AFFAIRS

The B-school has awarded 6,293 executive MBA degrees, and n/a MBA degrees since its founding. It has 5,868 living MBA alumni, and 4 MBA clubs throughout 4 countries, where B-school alums can participate in school activities and alumni events.

49 EMBAs will graduate in 2005, compared to 64 EMBAs that graduated in 2000.

During the past academic year, 25% of alumni gave to the school's fundraising efforts. They gave a median gift of U.S. $100, and a mean gift of U.S. $404.

The school has not received a gift in excess of U.S. $10 million since June 2003.

The B-school endowment is U.S. $197,750,964


PROGRAM CHANGES

Significant changes since 2003:
We reestablished our general management focus and decreased our class size. We found that our students/sponsors love our broad focus on strategy and general management, thoroughness,and tough admission standards for about 50 students.
ADDITIONAL SCHOOL COMMENTS

While 2/3 of Vanderbilt Executive MBA students live in and around Nashville while enrolled, 1/3 travel in, and the vast majority have lives and careers that will take them throughout the US and the world.
