Technology changes made over the past three years:
Owen is an early adopter of new technologies, staying current with the latest business applications. Owen's intranet offers access to threaded discussion boards, virtual chat, and alumni database for networking opportunities. Recent classroom technology initiatives include pilot programs utilizing Tablet PC's and collaboration software. The school recently completed a successful pilot of "smart phones," running Microsoft Smartphone, which automatically synchronizes e-mail to their cell phones.
